Welcome to the Houston Wing
The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) honors the men and women who built, maintained, and flew in these airplanes during World War II. The organization believes that is best accomplished by maintaining the airplanes in flying condition, taking the airplanes to the public, and allowing them to experience the sight and sound of the aircraft in flight. As a unit of the CAF, the Houston Wing is dedicated to preserving and honoring our military history with the rallying cry to “Keep ‘Em Flying!”
Warbird Weekend is back!
Come see us at the West Houston Airport April 15-16 for 25+ warbirds, including our very own C-60 Lodestar Goodtime Gal and the SB2C Helldiver dive bomber. We’ll have fun for the whole family, at just $30/car at the gate.
The museum will be open, there will be warbirds on the ramp and flying overhead, and we’ll have the 6th Cavalry Historical Association and their rolling stock, face painting, food and drinks… need we say more?
Tickets are available online here!
